How to Claim Your Guarantee:

    • Please provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

2. Return the Product:

    • We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

3. Receive Your Refund:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

Exclusions:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
